 For all bookings of two consecutive weeks outside of school holidays, a 20% discount is granted on the second week. Don't hesitate!

Off season :
(except school holidays)
From the 01.01 to the 31.03		  500 € per weeks, charges are not included
Mid season :
April, May, June, September		  800 € per weeks, charges are not included
3 FIRST WEEKS July and
August LAST Week :		  1500 € per weeks, charges are not included
Very hight season :
The last week of July - August		 2500 € per weeks, charges are not included
Hiring conditions :
 
  • Deposit : 30 % of the total to be paid at the time of the reservation
  • Guarantee : 800 € refundable on departure (this amount will not be cashed)
  • Locatives charges : fixed-priced 20 € per day, except in certain particular case
  • Household linen can be furnished on demand, 20 € adornment
  • Animals can be accepted with our agreement
 
Our prices can be modified without prior notice, only the price communicated during the confirmation of the hiring will not be modified.
